چکیده
There is a contradiction between the need of teachers internal medicine departments in methodology for communicative competence (CC) general practitioners brief preventive counseling and lack evidence-based classes on CC formation counseling. The existing made it possible to identify research problem — develop development In context problem, study aim was determined define methodological features practitioner To achieve this goal, following methods were used: theoretical: theoretical analysis philosophical, pedagogical, psychological literature; designing educational process; experimental: direct indirect pedagogical observation, experiment, questioning, control sections. are simultaneous intellectual emotional fields doctor’s personality (communication skills conducting all stages counseling) volitional field (belief master doctor-patient interaction). method based technology training. content training system three components: cognitive component knowledge regulatory framework counseling; about criteria its effectiveness; management principles implementation; motivational personally significant ideas oneself as subject professional communication process behavioral beliefs that ensure results experimental implementation doctor showed high level development: interaction.
